Work Order / Maintenance Requests
The Work Order / Maintenance Requests are now being processed through Vantaca, Southern States Management Portal.

​Log into the homeowner portal at https://home.ssmgfl.com/
Please use the following instructions to submit a maintenance request.

Go to your dashboard.

Click on "New Request."

Select "General Request."

Ensure the address is correct under "Property."

Choose "Service Request" under "Choose a Type of Request."

In the subject line, please use a clear description, such as "Roof Leak," "Paint Fence," "Gate Broken," or "Cut Bush."

Provide as much detail as possible in the description box; the more information I have, the better the vendor will understand what needs fixing.

If you have any pictures, please attach them in the designated area.

Click "Submit Form" when you're finished.
