Q: What are my voting rights in the condominium association?
A: There shall be one vote for each Condominium Parcel.
Q: What restrictions exist in the condominium documents on my right to use my unit?
A: See section 11. Use Restrictions of the Declaration of Condominium of the Lakes of Pine Run Condominium

Q: What restrictions exist in the condominium document on the leasing of my unit?
A: 3 months minimum.
Q: How much are my assessments to the condominium association for my unit type and when are they due?
A: Monthly assessment for the Lakes is $485.00 and due by the first of each month. It is considered late if not paid by the 10th of the month. The highest interest rate allowed per the statute with be charged.
Q: Do I have to be a member in any other association? If so, what is the name of the association and what are my voting rights in this association? Also, how much are my assessments?
A: Yes. Village of Pine Run Utility Corp water/sewer fees are $100 per month are due by the 1st of each month and are considered late if not paid by the 15th. A $5.00 per month late fee will be charged if account isn’t paid in full. There shall be one vote for each member.
Q: Am I required to pay rent or land use fees for recreational or other commonly used facilities? If so, how much am I obligated to pay annually?
A: No.
Q: Are the condominium association or other mandatory membership association involved in any court cases in which is may face liability in excess of $100,000?
A: No.
